PDP-Laban umaasa pa rin na tatakbo si Duterte
SINABI kahapon ni Sen. Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III na umaasa pa rin ang kanyang grupo sa PDP-Laban na tatakbo si Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte bilang pangulo sa 2016 sa kabila naman ng naunang pahayag na pinal na ang kanyang desisyon.
“We assume kasi that he will file so up to the last minute we will hope,” sabi ni Pimentel, presidente ng PDP-Laban.
Nauna nang inihayag ni Duterte na pinal na ang kanyang desisyon na magreretiro na sa politika pagkatapos ng kanyang termino sa 2016.
“However if the period ends without Duterte filing a certificate of candidacy for president then the party will start its own soul searching for the presidential candidate it will support,” dagdag ni Pimentel. Inquirer.net
