Kris nagsusuka, isinugod sa ospital; BP umabot ng 200/110

Isinugod na naman sa ospital si Kris Aquino dahil sa matinding sakit ng ulo na may kasamang pagsusuka.

Na-confine nang ilang oras ang TV host-actress sa Medical City matapos ding ma-highblood, umabot sa 211/110 ang kanyang blood pressure. Ayon kay Kris kung hindi siya nadala agad sa emergency room, posibleng na-stroke na siya. Sa kanyang Instagram post, ikinuwento ni Kris ang nangyari, aniya, “I’m headed home but I need to first say THANK YOU to my sons & siblings (Pinky & Manolo, Viel & Dodo, and PNoy who went straight to the hospital from the airport after his Cebu trip) – I had a severe, vascular headache from 3 PM while taping @kristvofficial_ig, threw up 3X when I got home at 6:30 PM & when my blood pressure was taken it was 150/100. “My sisters insisted I go to the ER because my symptoms were alarming. At the ER my BP was 200/110. Just a bit higher could have caused a stroke. “Thank you Dr. Ramos & Dr. Martinez (my cardiologists) & Dr. Tiongson (my neurologist) for taking good care of me. I had my complete bloodworks done upon waking up & also my ECG. “I solemnly promise to follow all their instructions, take my medication & I will never again abuse my body because I was a slave to my work. My goal now is to achieve a healthy work & life balance. “Last night was a scary wake up call for me & my loved ones, but it also made me realize how much my siblings & sons love & care for me. It really put my priorities in proper perspective. “I was told to have complete rest for the next few days & to try to be stress free. So I’ll be signing off while I recuperate.” Samantala, bago ito, muling nag-post si Kris ng mensahe tungkol sa mga OFW na nagreklamo sa ipatutupad sanang random check ng Bureau of Customs sa mga balikbayan box. Hiniling ng mga kababayan natin kay Kris na ipaabot kay Pangulong Noynoy Aquino ang kanilang mga hinaing. Sa kanyang IG post sinabi ni Kris na, “P.S. PNoy said, ‘Kristina, yung sa Customs they’ll give a thorough explanation & a demonstration of the XRay machines to be used on Wednesday.’ “I hope that I remembered his message accurately & I pray for a peaceful resolution for all concerned.” Pinasalamatan naman ng mga OFW nating mga kababayan si Kris para sa effort nitong tulungan sila.
